Uniform

Our Uniform


  • White shirt/polo (Yr R-Yr 5), White shirt/blue polo (Yr 6) - polo shirts bearing the school logo
  • Red and silver tie (clip option available - Yr1-5)
  • Blue and silver tie (Yr 6)
  • Reception children do not need to wear ties
  • Knitted V neck jumpers and cardigans bearing the school logo (red Yr R-5 and blue for Yr 6)
  • Black skirts/skorts/trousers/pinafores
  • Gingham dresses (red Yr R-5, blue Yr 6) weather appropriate only i.e. summer and early autumn term

PE Uniform


  • House colour PE shirt - plain blue/green/yellow/red (optional extra - embroidered house name from uniform supplier)
  • Black jogging bottoms/shorts
  • Plain red school hooded top for PE (with logo optional from uniform supplier)
  • Appropriate footwear for outdoor PE such as trainers.

 


All children come to school dressed for PE on their selected PE days. 


Branded Uniform


All uniform with the school logo and the ties are available from the uniform supplier, Total Clothing. There are additional, optional items, bearing the school logo, which are also available if desired.

All non logo products, such as white shirts, trousers, skirts etc can be purchased from any source such as a supermarket.



General Requirements

  • Uniform should be clean, neat, in good repair and appropriate for the weather.
  • All clothing, shoes and personal belongings brought into school should be clearly named.
  • Footwear – flat trainers/shoes/boots or sandals with straps around the back of the heel and closed toe – no high-heeled shoes shoes should be worn.
  • Hairstyles to be neat and tidy; long hair must be tied back for PE and swimming.


  • Hats and scarves are not to be worn indoors.
  • No make-up, nail varnish or other fashion accessories to be worn;
  • For health and safety reasons, no jewellery should be worn during PE.
  • For swimming, girls should wear a one-piece swimming costume and boys should wear trunks or swim shorts with an inner lining.



Jewellery

  • For children with pierced ears, only appropriate small stud earrings may be worn.


  • Watches may be worn, providing they are not smartwatches (linked to mobile devices or have games, etc linked).


  • No other jewellery should be worn except for medical or religious reasons, as agreed with the school.
